Our Breckenridge training is designed to take you through an adventure into your yogic journey. Boosting your vitality and your human experience through life. Each day is focused on pampering your soul, adventuring into your best self, expanding your horizons, diving into a full mind and body reset while releasing the old self, through grounding the emotions of the body, and a leaning environment that enlists a state of pure joy, connecting to your true essence and flowing with universal energy.
Each day the sun rise will guide us into an empowering class focused on expansion of the body and breath. Each class includes powerful and accessible movement, energizing exploration through breath, releasing and relaxing through postures and therapeutical techniques.
You will leave your training gifted with the knowledge and wisdom to teach yoga as a sacred practice for transformation and healing. Rituals for self care, enriching your vital force and ways to center through meditation techniques to live your life in a constant state of growth that provides peace within.
Special experience include a day at the hot springs, hikes to historic markers in the area, walks through the aspen tunnels during peak fall season, a visit to the towns hand made wooden Forest Troll and so much more.

If traveling from outside of the USA, a passport is required.
Standard tourist visa upon arrival is normally valid for 30 days without prior application for most passport holders. Please consult a US embassy representative in your home country just to double check.
Book flight to Denver International Airport which is located 90 minutes from the retreat location.
Airport pick up available for $60 per person per way. Must set up at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Check in is at 4pm on the first day, with our opening class at 6pm
On our final day, class ends at 9:30am with brunch 9:30-10:30am and Graduation 11:00am-12:00pm
We highly recommend spending extra time in Breckenridge before or after your retreat!

In so many aspects the breath is exactly what we need to live this life purely and freely. Allowing the breath to guide each movement and becoming fluid in the practice of asana becomes a magical exploration of presence and beauty.
As teachers Kati and Jesse bring balance to the yogic practice through breath, activation of energetic alignment, teaching students the pillars of yoga; strength, mobility, flexibility and stability as fundamental building blocks for dynamic movement and static postural holds for each individual. Yoga is an internal science that brings unity of the mind, body, breath and integrity to the soul.
