The breathtaking mountain styled retreat house is located in the magical, snow globed, historical mountain town of Breckenridge ,CO.

Breckenridge is located 90 minutes west of Denver International Airport.

This location offers gorgeous mountain views, incredible sunrises and magical sunsets. Beautiful accommodations in our mountain styled retreat house.

The experience:

This retreat is designed to take you through an adventure into your wellness and vitality. Each day is focused on pampering your soul, adventuring into your best self, there will be focus on expanding your horizons, diving into a full mind/body reset, releasing the old self while grounding, walking through the emotions of the body, leaning into a state of pure joy, connecting to your true essence and flowing with universal energy. 

Sun Rise will lead us into an empowering class focused on expansion of the body and breath.  Each class includes powerful and accessible movement, energizing exploration through breath, releasing and relaxing through restorative postures and therapeutical techniques. 

The days will offer optional group activities, this time can be used as free time or you can join group activities which include ideas of- skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, visiting one of the many beautiful mountains scapes, going to the village for shopping, or spending time at the spa. 

The group activity will correspond to the intention of the day.

There are many activities in the magical historical town that you may venture out to experience for free.

One on one practice advancements

 Cultivating a home practice in movement and meditation

 Many other offerings are available with your facilitators 

Additional spa options are available upon request, for furthered relaxation, pampering and grounding.

Each evening we will meet together again at 5pm for evening activities such as creating a spiritual alter, cacao ceremony, mala making, sound healing, yin into restorative yoga practice. 

Concluding each evening with a collective gathering and offering our gratitude.


You will leave this retreat gifted with the knowledge and wisdom to create sacred space for transformation and healing. You will learn  rituals for self care and new ways to stay centered through meditation techniques to live your life in a constant state of growth.

Meals are vegan friendly, and they are able to accommodate other dietary restrictions as well.






















Travel information:

If traveling from outside of the USA, a passport is required. 

Standard tourist visa upon arrival is normally valid for 30 days without prior application for most passport holders. Please consult a US embassy representative in your home country just to double check.

Book flight to Denver International Airport which is located 90 minutes from the retreat location. 

Airport pick up available for $60 per person per way. Must set up at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Kati Patino - RYT 500, E-RYT 200, Reiki Practioner, Vedic-Thai Certified


In so many aspects the breath is exactly what we need to live this life purely and freely. Allowing the breath to guide each movement and becoming fluid in the practice of asana becomes a magical exploration of presence and beauty.  


As a teacher Kati brings balance through breath, teaching her students the four pillars of yoga; strength, mobility, flexibility and stability as fundamental building blocks for dynamic movement for each individual.  Yoga is an internal science that  brings unity of the mind, body, breath and integrity to the soul.
