​Soul Rocking Hatha/Vinyasa Flow

Now open to the public, this class is a part of Full Circle Yoga School's yoga teacher training program and is a soul rocking morning vinyasa flow class! Vinyasa meaning to flow or move without resistance and incorporates interval systems of the body, connecting the breath with movements to create a “flow” like asana or yoga practice. In this practice you will develop strength, flexibility, and stamina, gradually deepening your practice. This yoga style is inherently diverse, and sequencing will vary based on teacher’s personal style. This class is 90 minutes long and welcome to all levels of yoga lovers.

Slow Flow

Slow and gentle these classes are comprised of a unique series of postures centering focus on the breath. Poses may be held for series of at least 5 breaths before moving on to the next posture. This is a beautiful place to begin your yoga practice. All levels can benefit from the slower pace offered in this slow flow. Beginners will find they have the time to build confidence and familiarity with the poses, while the more advanced yogis can use the slower pace to refine alignment and explore deeper levels of the postures. This class is 60 minutes long.

Vinyasa Flow

Moderate to fast-paced series of sun salutations accompanied by a unique series of poses held for short timeframes of breath. Not a slow flow, but also not a power class. This is a beautiful happy medium. Perfect for beginners, but provides space for experienced yogis to grow. This morning yoga flow is a vinyasa yoga series that brings together the breath and mindful movements to cultivate strength, flexibility, and awareness. This class is 60 minutes long.

Chair Yoga

Our most gentle class. If you have limited mobility, are recovering from an injury, or simply looking for the gentlest way to begin your yoga journey, then this class is perfect for you. Relax and find release from tension as you build endurance, mobility, and strength from the support of your chair. This class is 60 minutes long.

Mid-Day Express Yoga

We all know how busy life can be. We’ve built this express flow to fit in a 45 min time frame so you can catch a break from the chaos of work and return to your breath on the mat during your lunch hour. This is a perfect blend of vinyasa flow and breathwork to help you get through the rest of your busy workday. This class is 45 minuts long.

Yoga Tone

Perfect for all students that are looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat, toning, and stretching the body through fluid movement and good energy. Come flow with us, and leave feeling centered, renewed and ready to take on your day. This class is 60 minutes long.

Self-Care Slow Flow

Dynamic movement and deep stretching to release stress and rejuvenate the body and mind. This class is 60 minutes long.

HIIT Yoga (High Intensity Interval Training)

This vinyasa is a powerful, dynamic form of yoga where students fluidly transition with control from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. This is a powerful low-impact, high-intensity class designed to build endurance and increase strength and mobility. You may sweat and we hope you smile! This is a powerful but FUN class. This class combines the low impact movements of yoga with the powerful and dynamic movements of calisthenics. This class is 60 minutes long.

Strala Meditation Flow

This class offers a safe and sacred space to go within for a deeper sense of relaxation. Breath - Movement - Meditation. This class is 60 minutes long.

Sunrise Strala Meditation

Come join the ease...listen to the waves as you connect with your breath, explore gentle movement, and meditation. This class is 60 minutes long.

Connective Movement

This class embodies a moderate pace, moderate challenge, and connective strengthening to build stability through movement and breath. This class is 75 minutes long.

Connective Restoration

Connective movements linking breath to body encompassing yin style postures providing gentle accessibility through supported postures. This class is 75 minutes long.

Kundalini Fusion

Introduction to kundalini, infused with vibrational breathwork, and energy activating movements to further the connection to mind, body, and spirit. This class is 75 minutes long.
