Join our amazing team of teachers and healers for adventure, healing, and connection as you complete your 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training Immersion in the beautiful, sparkling mystical waters of the Florida Keys! Go beyond your idea of what Yoga is and enter into an Immersion Program that will shift you, lift you, and guide you to become the person you have always known you could be.
Upon completion of the course, students will receive certification and a 200hr and 300hr Yoga Alliance certificate through Full Circle Yoga School a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
This course is open to students who would like to complete both their 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training. Yoga teacher training is a transformative, in-depth experience that exceeds certification requirements by fusing mind, body, and soul.
A yoga teacher training with Full Circle Yoga School can deepen your understanding of Prana (life-force energy), energetic healing, spirituality, crystals, and essential oils. These elements are woven into practical and scientific courses on kriyas, anatomy, sequencing, meditations, and breath — all in an inclusive and accepting atmosphere.
Our training doesn’t stop at a certificate. We’re committed to helping you grow and expand deeply on a personal level, so you can fully express yourself in every moment.
Many students experience rejuvenation from past experiences, detachment from emotional energies and a deep shifting of priorities. You will graduate from this yoga teacher training feeling expanded and empowered as an individual.
True yogic living teaches us to expand our consciousness and live a higher vibrational experience filled with beauty, presence, grace, and bliss. Abstaining from alcohol and coffee and eating a whole, vegetarian diet are just a few yogic practices we encourage students to follow during their online training. These small shifts can ignite enormous transformations in your home life that provide balance, peace, and wisdom on and off the mat.

Summer Cowhig
Summer was born and raised in Cocoa Beach, Florida- living the beach life dream, with added interest in world travel and cultural experiences. She has received certifications in Clinical Herbalism, Holistic Nutrition and Flower Essences, and studied with astoundingly brilliant teachers and a highly inspirational group of peers. She continued her studies, receiving certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Vedic Thai Restorative Yoga.
After her first Vedic Thai certification program, the direction of her life shifted. She found her true dharma. Though I love applying herbs medicinally and working with plant spirit medicine, I felt a new deep sensation of gratitude to provide therapeutic, loving touch with intention to activate healing energies. Vedic Thai Yoga is a highly revered and sanctified folk art, combining restorative postures with a gentle pressure applied to the meridian lines. She is passionate about lifting and shifting, energetic, emotional and behavioral patterns adopted from life experiences of trauma. She believes inside every one of us is an innate wisdom and power to heal ourselves. She loves to be a part of the awakening of these subtle bodies through different healing modalities including Vedic Thai, Yoga and Flower Essences to assist in the transformation process.

She is incredibly connected to her community and adores sharing the best of Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island with everyone she meets! Stephanie deeply enjoys the energy, history and esoteric nature of the practice. She fuses it into every endeavor. Her studies of Reiki lineage and her own Attunement / Certification at the First and Second levels allow her to work creatively and confidently as an energy healer. Fusing Reiki with Ayurvedic Aromatherapy, her Chakra and Aura Clearing are an indulgent and healing exploration of self care. She has studied the theories and techniques of Alan Watts and Dr. Brian White, honing her own style of guided meditation. She specializes in guiding you into deep meditation, that “space between” where you can explore, unite with your highest self, move forward, heal and grow. She is endlessly grateful to all of her teachers who have lit the way and is honored to share this light with others each day.
