Join our amazing team of teachers and healers for adventure, healing, and connection as you complete your 300 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training Immersion in the beautiful, sparkling mystical waters of Cocoa Beach! Go beyond your idea of what Yoga is and enter into an Immersion Program that will shift you, lift you, and guide you to become the person you have always known you could be.

Upon completion of the course, students will receive certification and a300hr Yoga Alliance certificate through Full Circle Yoga School a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

*prerequisite - 200 hour yoga teacher training completion.​

What you will learn

The Experience

Travel & lodging - cocoa beach

Surrounded by the Banana River, 7 minutes from the beach, our retreat house is a slice of paradise.  This well appointed, spacious home is complete with yoga room, full kitchen, linai, private pool overlooking our tropical backyard; complete with banana tree! Two full bathrooms, and washer and dryer. Within walking distance of Cocoa Beach-Aquatics Center, City Park, Country Club, Skate Park and Paddle Board Launch, our retreat home has everything to offer and then some. 


For those of you flying in you will want to arrive on day one of the training as the 28 days include arrival and departure dates. Most students fly into Orlando or Melbourne FL International Airport. From Miami/Ft. Lauderdale it is about 2 1/2 hours to your student house. You can book cb shuttle to get you from the airport to the student house.

Sample daily schedule

6:00-7:30am Daily Morning Yoga Practice, Hatha/Vinyasa Infused with Pranayama, Mudra, Mantra or Seed Sounds, Essential Oil, Specific Chakra Balancing

7:30-8:00am Breakfast Break

8:00-9:00 Homework Review, Chakra Review, 8 Limbs discussion- 

9:00-11:00 Workshops Asana Lab

11:00-1:00 Practice Teach/ Pranayama Practice 

1:00-2:00 Lunch 

2:00-2:30 Chakra Infused Meditation, Guided Pranayama and Shavasana 

2:30-4:00 Workshops 

4:00-6:00 Workshops

6:00 Dinner

You will have 2 days off during your training.

Ceremonies are built into the training and occasionally evening hours after dinner.

Nightly homework consists of reading and writing assignments, which we will send to you after enrollment. We highly recommend completing all homework prior to training, as you will also be tasked with class sequencing homework each day. Additional textbooks may be required; your facilitator will clarify.
