This is an in-depth 200 hour certified yoga teacher training course on Big Island Hawaii that goes above and beyond what is required to be certified to teach, and is created for all those who are interested in changing their lives, in delving deeper into truth, health, and healing. Upon completion of the course, students will receive certification and a 200hr Yoga Alliance certificate through Full Circle Yoga School a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Arrival is day one of your 17 day training, Departure is final day of your 17 full days of training. Graduation is evening on day 16. You will be finished and free to go anytime on day 17.
You will fly into Kona Big Island airport. Please communicate in your Whatsapp group before booking tickets about possible arrival and pick up times. Please contact your lead facilitator for airport pick up options.
Ramashala is two residences just 200 yards from Kehena Beach, one of the most beautiful black sand beaches in the world. Dolphins and sea turtles can be seen off the beach year-round, making snorkeling and swimming an exciting sight-seeing adventure. From November thru April, whales put on a display which can be seen all along the coast road and from Kehena Beach.
The residences are architecturally designed in a Balinese theme. Our unique and Beautifully decorated Mandala & Prana suites, private rooms A & B and single rooms w/ shared bath C & D attract a wide variety of guests including: hikers, volcano and lava enthusiasts, scuba divers, surfers, stargazers, yoga practitioners, those interested in Hawaiian culture and others who simply relax at the beach.

6:30-8:00 AM Daily Morning 75min Yoga Practice, Hatha/Vinyasa Infused with Restorative/Yin & Adjustments
8:00-8:30 Breakfast Break
8:30-12:30 Chapter Work
1:30-3:30 Pranayama, Asana Study, Cuing, Alignment, Adjustments, & Modifications
3:30-5:30 Practice Teach at Beach or Studio weather permitting and at Lead Facilitators discretion
5:45 Day End Circle Gathering With Mantra Chanting or Song

6:30-8pm Study or Ceremony
* Homework is nightly consisting short writing assignments that compliment your studies, readings, and working on class sequencing based on that day's asana learning. we send you these short exercises as soon as you enroll so you can complete prior to training if you wish.
Meal Plan includes a plant based vegan and gluten free yogic diet which includes Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. $699 for 16 days. Meal plan starts day 2 and includes breakfast Morning of final graduation day. Meal plan includes tax and gratuity. Students enjoy local market fruits and teas for breakfasts.

Please order these books at least two weeks prior to coming to the training to ensure their arrival as it is essential to the course.
Come to the training having read at least Chapter 1 of the teaching textbook. The more you can read and familiarize yourself with these books prior to Day 1 the more ease you'll feel during the training.
Each training evening you are usually assigned one chapter to read with additional small writing exercises and asana sequence & study.
