What did you feel? What did you notice?

Posture and Position for Channeling

  1. Comfortable Seating:
Choose a comfortable chair or sit on the floor. Ensure your body is relaxed but upright, which promotes alertness while being comfortable.
  2. Feet Grounded:
If sitting in a chair, keep your feet flat on the ground. If sitting on the floor, cross your legs or sit in a stable position. This grounding helps you connect more firmly with the Earth.
  3. Hands and Arms:
Place your hands on your knees or thighs, palms facing up or down. Palms up can be more receptive, while palms down can help you feel more grounded.
  4. Relaxed Shoulders:
Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid tension. This openness allows for better energy flow.
  5. Head Position:
Keep your head straight. You may gently tilt your head slightly forward or to the side to help your relaxation, but avoid straining your neck.
  6. Eyes Closed or Soft Gaze:
Close your eyes to eliminate visual distractions, or maintain a soft gaze if you prefer to keep them open. Gazing at a point slightly below eye level can help maintain focus.
  7. Breathing:
Practice deep breathing. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for as long as you can without strain, and exhale slowly through your mouth to help you center yourself. Option to hold your breath out at the bottom without struggle or strain. Practice a few rounds at least.

By adopting this posture, you can create a conducive environment for channeling, enhancing the connection to higher energies and facilitating a smoother channeling experience. Adjust your position as needed to ensure you feel comfortable and secure throughout the process.

QUESTION: Can I lay down to channel?

ANSWER: Yes you can, it's just not advised when learning to channel. Let that come later once you feel more confident.
