200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training | Costa Rica

 A Pura Vida Yoga Teacher Training Experience!

This is an in-depth 200 hour certified yoga teacher training course in n the heart of Jaco, surrounded by nature, a river, and with total privacy goes above and beyond what is required to be certified to teach, and is created for all those who are interested in changing their lives, in delving deeper into truth, health, and healing. This course is a journey that fuses mind, body, soul. Come and be inspired!

Upon completion of the course, students will receive certification and a 200hr Yoga Alliance certificate through Full Circle Yoga School a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Reading Materials Mandatory To Bring To Training:​​

Teaching Yoga-Essential Foundations and Techniques by Mark Stephens

Yoga Toolbox for Teachers and Students, 4th Edition

The Science of Yoga by Ann Swanson

Please order these books at least two weeks prior to coming to the training to ensure their arrival as it is essential to the course.

Come to the training having read at least Chapter 1 of the teaching textbook. The more you can read and familiarize yourself with these books prior to Day 1 the more ease you'll feel during the training.

Each training evening you are usually assigned one chapter to read with additional small writing exercises and asana sequence & study.

Please bring a yoga mat.
