Jolie has dedicated over 23 years to studying and practicing yoga, breath-work, meditation, healing and intuitive arts, which she believes are the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and others. She is the owner of Full Circle Yoga School and a highly skilled yoga teacher, with expertise in 5 different yogic practices, 30+ styles of meditation, 20+ styles of breath-work, and more. Jolie is also a transformation facilitator, QHHT Level 2 - Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique Practitioner, BQH Beyond Quantum Healing Practitioner, Trauma Release Practitioner, Sound Healer, Musician, Shamanic Practitioner, Paddle Board Yoga Instructor, Reiki Level II Practitioner and beyond. As a channel and intuitive, Jolie harnesses her psychic, mediumship, and channeling practices to create private and group sessions that offer a truly magical experience for those seeking an exceptional life. As a native of Key West, Florida, Karen has been a Massage Therapist for over 21 years, and is currently the Owner of Prana Spa in Key West. With over 30,000 hours of hands-on experience and more than 2,000 hours of training, Karen is an expert in several different modalities of Massage Therapy, including Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Scar Reduction, and Ancient Ayurvedic Massage. Her passion lies in helping people increase their flexibility, regain muscle function, and reduce acute pain through her expertise. Karen is also Reiki attuned and enjoys providing energy and breath-work to help bring awareness of the body's own capability to heal naturally. Her philosophy is "mind over matter," and she believes that by guiding individuals towards self-healing and creating balance through meditation, yoga, massage, and nutrition, they can overcome disease, trauma, and injuries, and gain the confidence to live a healthy lifestyle.

The Koshi Chimes are an exquisite sound healing instrument that serves as a powerful tool for meditation and sound therapy. Their resonant, three-dimensional sound envelops the listener, promoting deep relaxation and healing of the body, mind, and spirit. Handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail at the base of the Pyrenees, the Koshi Chimes feature eight precision-tuned metal notes welded onto a base plate within a resonating bamboo veneer tube treated with natural oils. The thin, durable veneer imbues the chimes with the acoustic properties for which bamboo is renowned while also ensuring their sturdiness. Aromatherapy is a holistic approach to healing that utilizes the therapeutic properties of essential oils.
