FREE Yoga Nidra For Better Rest  | Zoom March 26th

The Experience:Join yoga teacher, reiki master, and musician Molly Gene on a restorative guided meditation designed to help you rest and recharge.  Molly will be discussing her own struggles with sleep and ways that she was able to incorporate more restoration into her life.  Just 30 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep. This meditation will include a breathing exercise that turns on your parasympathetic nervous system, the space of rest and digest.  Enjoy a south bath of singing bowls to bring your energy into a higher vibration.
