Monday & Friday features an energizing Pilates class with Mary, Tuesday & Thursday begins with a special hot yoga session led by Jolie, Wednesday & Saturday offers a soulful slow vinyasa flow with Elena. Jolie Wilson is a direct channel, soul activator, author, and multidimensional guide serving as First Light in the co-creation of the New Earth. She is the founder of Evolve Key West and Full Circle Yoga School and has spent more than twenty-five years guiding thousands of students and clients through yoga, meditation, breathwork, trauma healing, and quantum transformation. An ancient soul, she carries crystalline codes of remembrance, soul retrieval, and timeline repair. As a member of the Galactic Council of Light, Jolie serves as a bridge between dimensions during this time of planetary awakening. She is an approved Continuing Education Provider and specializes in continuing education for massage therapists, yoga instructors, energy workers, nurses, and anyone with a sincere desire to learn.
Debbi has taught in yoga teacher trainings in NJ, Hawaii, and Florida, and has been an integral part of the Full Circle spiritual community since its inception. She draws from her extensive research into the mystical rituals of ancient yogic cultures, her philosophy of herbs as medicine, and the healing energy of yoga to create a classroom approach that is supportive, encouraging, and loving.
