Nestled in the native tropical jungle, this 5,000 sqft. retreat home was designed and built by internationally renowned architect Enrique Zozaya. The property is set back from the beach, with views of the jungle and beach from the vanishing edge infinity pool in the living room! Fully stocked kitchen with daily maid services. Two miles north of Troncones on an essentially private beach and is set back from the beach, with only native jungle and a private walking path between. Our spectacular views are from the completely open second story (home is three stories high with all travertine marble floors). This is where you will find our vanishing edge infinity pool in the living room. A large fully equipped kitchen with island and granite countertops, a hand-made large dining table, built-in couch and hammocks complete the second story. The guest rooms onto an enormous covered patio. All rooms are air-conditioned. The pool is 4 1/2 feet deep and measures 28 x 22x 16 feet on the three dimensions. It was 85-86 degrees F. November of 2017. The ocean temperature was 90 degrees F. There is no wall around the pool. Surfing, swimming, and fresh local cuisine - everything you could want is also right within walking distance from this private luxury retreat, especially our nearly deserted sandy beach!
