There is a structure to help you write a meditation at the bottom of the PDF below (which is available for you to download). We recommend that you use this structure for the meditation that you will submit, however, you can also submit a written and audio recorded meditation of your choice. Please keep it exactly 5 minutes to practice keeping good time as a teacher, and enjoy the process!

Β·      A PDF laying out all of the information in the video as well as the written text to Molly's audio meditation example, and a structure to help you write a 5 minute meditation.
 

Β· Photos to assist you with practicing Alternate Nostril Breath (including Vishnu Mudra, the hand position used in this pranayama)
 

Β· A 5 minute audio meditation (with introduction) as an example of using the structure offered to you (2 minute pranayama, 2 minute body scan, 1 minute heart connection).
