PRACTICE:

Close your eyes, see the following images one at a time as clearly as you can in as much detail as you can. Imagine you are seeing the image on a big screen, like a movie screen. Then destroy each image, obliterating it into tiny pieces. Continue on to the next image. Practice this exercise often trying to create and destroy the images more clearly with more depth and detail. Practice this on your own at other times. Bring any images or even people or guides on to your screen. Get creative. Use your imagination. How might Archangel Metatron look or appear?
