    Attracting Your High-Level Guide
    1-4 here is a bit basic as we've covered these a bit. Feel free to revisit past sections if needed and if any of these areas are new to you.

     

    • Raise Your Vibration Prior: Engage in activities that elevate your energy and consciousness. This can include meditating, practicing gratitude, spending time in nature, and surrounding yourself with positive influences. Higher vibrational states attract more evolved beings.
    • Create a Sacred Space: Establish a space dedicated to your spiritual practice. This can be a physical area where you can meditate, channel, and connect with your guides. Cleanse the space with incense or sage, and fill it with items that resonate with peace and spirituality.
    • Ground Yourself: Practicing grounding techniques allows you to establish a strong connection with Earth energy, facilitating a clearer channel for communication with higher-level guides. Visualize roots extending from your feet into the ground, anchoring you securely.
    • Set Clear Intentions: Clearly define your desire to connect with your high-level guide/s. State your intentions aloud or write them down, focusing on openness, love, and spiritual growth. Intentions act as a beacon, signaling to higher energies what you seek.
    • State Your Protection Statement: This will evolve over time. It can be organic and different each time, eventually you will probably settle on a permanent statement.
    • Call Upon Your Guide: Invite your high-level guide to join you. Use specific names if you know them, or simply state your intention to connect with the highest and purest beings of light. Be respectful and remain open as you make this invitation.
    • Practice Deep Listening: Cultivate an attentive and receptive mindset. Instead of expecting immediate answers, focus on being present and aware of any subtle messages, images, feelings or sounds your guide may send. Trust your intuitive senses. TRUST your very first impressions or insights, DO use your IMAGINATION.

      Evaluate how messages or energies feel. High-level guides often communicate with clarity, love, and support, while less evolved entities may bring confusion, negativity, or manipulation. Trust your instincts about the energy you encounter.
    • Trust Your Intuition:
