I have not been as consistent in the outward flow of sharing here lately. Deep gratitude for your patience, your presence, and the steadiness you hold here. This work, the readings, the transmissions, the activations, is one of my greatest devotions and passions, and it continues to live at the center of all I offer.

Over the past few weeks, I began a simple but really powerful cleanse, one that deeply nourishes the body with dense nutrition, minerals, and protein while simultaneously supporting detoxification. It works to clear parasites, heavy metals, environmental toxins, forever chemicals, and microplastics from the system.

The shift has been profound. I haven’t felt this much energy, clarity, and lightness in my body in decades.

It began to feel like something much bigger was happening. As parasitic energy is being cleared on the Earth, I began clearing parasites and toxins from my body, and very quickly I saw that any parasitic energy in my life could no longer remain. It was all connected, Earth, body, and field, moving through the same clearing.

Cleansing parasitic energy from my body elevated my internal frequency in a way that has been so powerful. As that shift occurred, anything in my field that felt heavy, draining, or parasitic simply could not exist within that same space. My entire environment began reorganizing to meet this new level of clarity.

A relationship very close to me came to a sudden and complete ending just days ago and although painful, it was clear that what was clearing within my body was also clearing within my life. It all moved together.

Even within change and loss my intuition feels so much sharper and more immediate. Joy feels abundantly present, more noticeable, woven into simple moments. There is a sense of lightness not just in my body, but in my mind and how I move through my life. I seem to be receiving activations and upgrades in real time, physically, energetically, and emotionally.

I receive emails and messages usually daily from people feeling these same kinds of shifts in their own lives such as sudden changes, endings, heightened awareness, a call to clear and reset. There is a collective parasitic energy cleansing on every level as we move into deeper alignment.

What I love most is how simple and supportive this cleansing process is that I’ve been following. It creates an inner state that feels clear, grounded, and ready for what is next.
