The field indicates that what is currently surfacing through news outlets, governmental disclosures, military channels, and public narratives represents only the outermost layer of a much larger phenomenon. The intelligences presently being discussed appear primarily connected to the 3.5D and 4D bandwidths of reality, existing within the interdimensional architecture surrounding Earth rather than the higher harmonic civilizations commonly referred to as Star Nations.

These are not necessarily interstellar civilizations traversing vast distances through physical space. They operate through adjacent dimensional frameworks, overlapping the terrestrial field and interacting with humanity through localized distortions of space, consciousness, and energetic perception. Much of what is currently emerging belongs to this intermediary layer.
