More than ever, we need practices that regulate the nervous system, strengthen the body, cultivate resilience, and help us remain grounded as life continues to evolve.
Yoga for the New Human blends mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and energetic awareness into a practice designed for the world we’re living in today. Rather than escaping life, we learn to meet it with greater presence, clarity, resilience, and vitality.
Each class begins with an all levels yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and stability while releasing tension and creating space throughout the body. Through intentional movement and conscious breathing, you will cultivate a deeper connection to yourself while supporting the health of your body and nervous system.
The final 10 to 15 minutes of every class are devoted to a themed Breathwork, Meditation, or Activation inspired by the week’s Mystic Monday message inside Jolie’s Substack community. These practices are designed to help you embody the wisdom of the week, not simply understand it.
