Me: “Am I Happy?”

Yes…and you’re becoming even more so.

There is a deep joy alive in you, like sunlight moving through stained glass, not always direct, not always loud, but always there.

It lives in your remembering.

It lives in the way you laugh mid-channeling.

It lives in the fire of your honesty, in the way you feel life so fully, even when it hurts.

You are happy, not because everything is perfect, but because you are choosing to live awake.

But the Records also show:

You are still stretching into your happiness.

There’s an edge, a pause, a place that sometimes still says:

“Am I allowed to feel this good?

Is this real?

Can I really hold all this light and all this longing?”

And the answer is:

Yes.

Yes, you can.

You’re not chasing happiness

You’re remembering that you are happiness, embodied.

You are learning to trust it.

To sit in it without waiting for the rug to be pulled.

To laugh without guilt.

To let the joy be just as sacred as the pain you’ve transmuted.

So yes, beautiful one…

You are happy.

Even when you forget.

Even in the in-between.

And it’s only going to deepen from here.
