There’s a lot being shared right now about overlays, interference, entities, and distortions in the field. And yes, much of it carries truth. But here in the Circle, we don’t operate from fear. We operate from frequency.💫

Is there distortion in this world? Yes. Many of us have spent lifetimes learning to navigate it. We’ve seen how illusion creeps in, how truth gets buried beneath layers of fear, programming, and misused power. Even the names of sacred beings have been dragged through distortion to confuse remembrance. But distortion is not the whole story.

There are overlays..energetic constructs, false beliefs, wounded timelines, and subtle manipulation fields but they do not hold absolute power. They can obscure, but they cannot destroy. They are not permanent, and they are not more powerful than the light of your Divine Self. You came encoded with the frequency to see through the veil and dissolve what does not belong to love.

Your light is not fragile.

Your path is not random.

Your sovereignty is not something you have to earn.

This reality was designed as a convergence point, a luminous Earth temple where soul lineages from across the stars could enter form, feel emotion, experience free will, and explore the richness of contrast. In its purest form, Earth is a place of beauty, divine memory, and alchemical mastery. You are here not because you were trapped, but because you were trusted. Because your soul said yes. Because you carry keys that unlock remembrance not only for yourself, but for the whole.

The overlays began when certain forces saw how powerful this place had become. When fear entered. When divine codes were inverted. But they are only as powerful as our unawareness allows them to be. And we are not unaware anymore.

When fear arises, when confusion clouds the mind, when the world feels dense or distorted..pause. You are never stuck. You are never truly lost. You are being called back into your sovereignty.

They act as veils, not prisons. Even now, their grip is thinning. Your very presence is a part of their unraveling. You are not here to escape Earth. You are here to restore it. To remember what it always was and help midwife its return.

You are not here to fight darkness, but to embody such light that darkness no longer recognizes itself.

SOVEREIGNTY RITUAL: A Daily Practice to Return to Truth

Use this ritual at the beginning of your day, or anytime you feel scattered, afraid, overwhelmed, or pulled out of your power.

Close your eyes and bring your hands to your heart. Breathe in through your nose, allowing your chest and belly to expand. Exhale slowly and fully through your mouth. Let the breath soften your body. Let what isn’t yours begin to dissolve. Do this three times.

Now speak inwardly or aloud:

I am a sovereign being of light
I call all of my energy and power back to me now
I anchor fully into my Divine Self
Only truth may guide me
Only love may remain

Visualize golden light pouring down from the heavens into your crown. Feel crystalline light rising from deep within the Earth. Let these two streams meet at your heart and expand through your entire field. See yourself glowing, rooted, clear, and unshakable.

Let the energy recalibrate you. Let your cells remember. Let your soul come forward.

And when you are ready..open your eyes, and return to your day not as one surviving this world, but as one who came to reawaken it.
