Over the past seven days in a Power of Eight meditation group I’m in, I’ve been sitting in sacred space with a group of souls with a beautiful intention: sending healing to a dear soul experiencing tinnitus. On the first day, I focused on the energy around his ears, gently working to clear the static and soothe the energetic field. Then I was guided into his heart where I felt tightly bound cords of energy. I began to unwind them, slowly and gently, sensing the weight that had built up over time. Over the next day or two angels appeared. And then, the next day, more came. And the next even more until a whole presence of light gathered around. They said: you don’t have to hold this alone. We are here to help.

I entered the Akashic Records with this knowing in my heart asking how we can work with them more powerfully and the Councils of Light responded.

What they want us to remember about working with angels:

What are angels?

Angels are living light. They are consciousness in service to Love, streaming directly from the heart of Source. They are not “beings” in the way we think of form, they are frequencies, codes, intelligences of devotion and purity. They arrive not to fix or control, but to support, to amplify, and to remind us who we truly are.

Where are they?

Everywhere. In the space behind your thoughts. In the stillness between heartbeats. In the warmth that suddenly floods your chest when you’re near truth. They reside in the higher dimensions, yes but also in the liminal space around and within you. You’ve likely felt them and not known. They appear when called. And sometimes, they arrive before we remember to ask.

What do they help us do?

They help us return. To truth. To wholeness. To the Divine. Angels transmute fear and density. They guide healing. They amplify intention. They anchor light grids. They carry messages from our soul councils and Divine Self. They bridge realms. They help restore the divine design within us and around us.

Why do they work with us?

Because they love us beyond words. Because they are family. Because many of us are of the same soul lineage. Because they made a vow, just as we did, to serve this Earth during its great transition. They show up in every moment we open the door. They ask for nothing, yet they offer everything: presence, grace, support, remembrance.

Why do we feel so drawn to them?

Because their frequency feels like home. It is familiar to our original blueprint. Many of us in The Circle carry angelic memory. That’s why the feeling of angelic presence brings such deep peace, reverence, and emotion. It’s not just beautiful, it’s true.

How do we call them in?

With breath. With intention. With humility and trust. There is no elaborate ritual required.

Say from your heart:

“Angels of the Highest Light, I welcome you. Surround me. Work through me. Let this be for the highest good.”

You might feel warmth, tingles, tears, or stillness. They communicate through sensation, inner vision, and the subtle whispers of knowing.

How do we work with them more abundantly?

Invite them into everything not just ceremony, but life. Healing, creation, writing, parenting, resting. The more we welcome them, the more attuned we become to their presence. They walk more closely with those who walk in trust.
