This course is open to anyone who has completed or is currently enrolled in an online or in person yoga teacher training. Our 25 hour Yoga Teacher Training TuneUp is a transformative, in-depth experience that will leave you feeling more confident, inspired to teach, with a full toolbox to move forward as a diverse and confident teacher.

A yoga teacher training with Full Circle Yoga School can deepen your understanding of Prana (life-force energy), energetic healing, spirituality, crystals, and essential oils. These elements are woven into practical and scientific courses on anatomy, sequencing, and breath — all in an inclusive and accepting atmosphere.

True yogic living teaches us to expand our consciousness and live a higher vibrational experience filled with beauty, presence, grace, and bliss. Abstaining from alcohol, detoxing from digital devices, and eating a whole, vegetarian diet are just a few yogic practices we encourage students to follow during training. Full Circle Yoga School provided an incredible Yoga Teacher Training overall experience! I loved the immersive nature of the 200hr two week schedule. The Full Circle team worked hard to innovate and make the learning as fun and exciting as possible. Shout out to facilitators Steph and Gigi for creating a safe and powerful community filled with love, acceptance, and encouragement. I would recommend Full Circle Yoga school to anyone and everyone!


Stephanie is a E-RYT 200, RYT-500, YACEP certified teacher. Her other qualifications include Certified SUP YOGA Instructor, Local Stand- Up Paddle Board Guide and trained vocalist. She manages Full Circle Wellness Center in Cocoa Beach. Her teaching focuses on creating a safe, peaceful and playful practice. She invites students to join her in the studio, on the beach, or on the water, under the open sky, feeling the radiant sunshine connecting to the natural world that brings a sense of freedom, peace and joy! Stephanie also holds Reiki Certification at the First and Second levels and has trained in Reiki energy healing, Ayurvedic Aromatherapy and Chakra and Aura Clearing. She specializes in tuning in to your energetic field and co-creating a healing session designed to empower. Stephanie began practicing yoga as a step on the path to self-love. She is endlessly grateful to all of her teachers who have lit the way and is honored to share this light with others.

Travel and Lodging Cocoa Beach

Surrounded by the Banana River, 7 minutes from the beach, our retreat house is a slice of paradise.  This well appointed, spacious home is complete with yoga room, full kitchen, linai, private pool overlooking our tropical backyard; complete with banana tree! Two full bathrooms, and washer and dryer. Within walking distance of Cocoa Beach-Aquatics Center, City Park, Country Club, Skate Park and Paddle Board Launch, our retreat home has everything to offer and then some.

The beautiful meals are prepared with love by Wanderlicious, an amazing local cook- plant based, locally sourced, gluten and dairy free.  Of course, your diet is not restricted in any way. Please add to your diet based on what your body needs!  Well stocked grocery stores are minutes away.

Your yoga teacher training is a transformative experience — it’s important to be prepared!

Nightly homework consists of reading and writing assignments, which we will send to you after enrollment. We highly recommend completing all homework prior to training, as you will also be tasked with class sequencing homework each day. Additional textbooks may be required; your facilitator will clarify.
