This Yoga Alliance continuing education course is open to anyone with their 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification who interested in learning and teaching Restorative Yoga to uncover deep truth, well-being, and transformation. Taking a 30 hour yoga teacher training with Full Circle Yoga School promotes fuses mind, body, and soul.

Teaching in the traditional yogic methodology, we view yoga as a lifestyle, a science, and an art. Our course combines modern restorative yoga practices with the colorful histories, traditions, and philosophies of the past. 


A yoga teacher training with Full Circle Yoga School can deepen your understanding of Prana (life-force energy), energetic healing, spirituality, crystals, and essential oils in the Restorative Yoga Practice. These elements are woven into practical and scientific courses on anatomy, sequencing, and breath — all in an inclusive and accepting atmosphere.

Our training doesn’t stop at a certificate. We’re committed to helping you grow and expand deeply on a personal level, so you can fully express yourself in every moment. Some ceremonies, mantras, and rituals may be included in your 3 day course to guide you towards deep personal healing.


Many students experience rejuvenation from past experiences, detachment from emotional energies and a deep shifting of priorities as Restorative posture have a way of access deep layers of body and soul. You will leave this Restorative Yoga Teacher Training feeling expanded and empowered as an individual. 

Immersion in Conscious Living

True yogic living teaches us to expand our consciousness and live a higher vibrational experience filled with beauty, presence, grace, and bliss. Abstaining from alcohol and coffee (take out), detoxing from digital devices, and eating a whole, vegetarian diet are just a few yogic practices we encourage students to follow during training. These small shifts can ignite enormous transformations that provide balance, peace, and wisdom on and off the mat.


Upon completion of the course, students will receive certification and a 30 hr Continuing Education Yoga Alliance certificate through Full Circle Yoga School a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Learning Objectives Getting Started Restorative Yoga Techniques, Training and Practice 2.50 Hours 

Description - breathing and visualization as applied to restorative yoga, centering exercises, breathing exercises, diaphragmatic, breath with pause, sitali, visualizations and mantra meditations, Abdominal Breath, Complete 3 Part Breath, Ujjayi Breath (Ocean Breath), Wave Breath, Alt. Nostril Breath (Full body), 1:1 Ratio Breath and 2:1 Ratio Breath, Point to Point Breathing, We do discuss that retention is an advanced practice.  Here are the mantras covered: AUM/OM, So Hum/ Hum Sa Om Mani Padme Hum, Sa Ta Na Ma, Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung   


Learning Objectives Restorative Asanas 1 Restorative Yoga Techniques, Training and Practice 3.00 Hours

Description - Warm up restorative asanas. Restorative asanas will be taught and demonstrated with modifications, props, alignment, and safety.


Learning Objectives Restorative Asanas 2 Restorative Yoga Techniques, Training and Practice 3.00 Hours 

Description - Back bends for restorative, blanket roll and 3 positions, simple bridge with block or bolster, reclining bridge pose, supported bound angle, cross bolster pose, fish pose with blocks or bolster, heart opening poses, reclining hero pose. Restorative asanas will be taught and demonstrated with modifications, props, alignment, and safety. 


Learning Objectives Restorative Asanas 3 Restorative Yoga Techniques, Training and Practice 3.00 Hours 

Description - Twists and Forward Bends for Restorative Yoga,  revolved abdomen pose, belly down twist over bolster, scissored legs belly down twist, side lying stretch, child’s pose, belly down with bolster at hip, chair forward bend, down dog with head on bolster or block, pigeon pose with bolster. Restorative asanas will be taught and demonstrated with modifications, props, alignment, and safety. 


Learning Objectives Restorative Asanas 4 Restorative Yoga Techniques, Training and Practice 3.00 Hours 

Description - Inversions and Poses of completion as applied to restorative yoga, legs up a wall without bolster, legs up a wall with bolster, legs on chair, two chair boat pose, prone on belly, savasana, side lying savasana Restorative asanas will be taught and demonstrated with modifications, props, alignment, and safety.

This is an in-depth course that goes above and beyond what is required and is created for all those who are interested in changing their lives and in delving deeper into truth, health, and healing. 

Space is limited and we do close the trainings once they are booked. To hold your spot for training, please pay for the training tuition in full of $799. The balance if any for lodging and meals is due two weeks prior to arrival unless you have arranged a payment plan.





Our Florida Keys Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is on the open water, providing the chance to wade, swim and enjoy healing ocean energy. Our main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and we often rent two houses in close proximity to each other depending on student numbers.

Students traveling by plane should plan to arrive the day before training and depart the day after. Most students fly into Ft. Lauderdale or Miami International Airport. From Miami/Ft. The Florida Keys teacher training meal plan is both vegan and gluten free, provided by Ally G Cuisine.
