Meal Plan:

Meal Plan includes a plant based yogic diet which includes arrival dinner, breakfast, lunch & dinner for 24 days, and departure breakfast. You have four days off during your training in which meals are not provided those days as students usually want to venture out. Meal plan is, Plant Based, Sugar Free, Processed Foods Free and Gluten Free and is an artistic array of raw and cooked foods. Meal plan investment is $1299 and includes tax, cc processing fees, and gratuity.

reiki healing, crystal energies, ancient medicinal properties and highest quality nutrients in the
process of cooking meals which are truly transformational to your overall digestive, neuropathic
and emotional wellbeing. Meals are always designed with your best life in mind.

For those of you flying or traveling, you will want to arrive on June 28th and depart on July 29th. Most students fly into Reno International Airport. From Reno it is about 2 1/2 hours to your student house. You can book the Shuttle which is about $85 per person one way. Also check out Go Bus, you may find a much cheaper fare.

Upon completion of the course, students will receive certification and a 300hr Yoga Alliance certificate through Full Circle Yoga School a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
