Hello Moonbeams!!!

October has arrived in all its glory, my sweets, and with this potent Full Blood Moon in fiery Aries it is time to light the fire beneath our cauldrons and set the sky ablaze! This year, for obvious reasons, you may need that final big push to see something through, and you will most certainly be able to with all that Mars energy. Be prepared for issues to come up that have been bubbling beneath the surface for some time now. Patterns, feelings, or thoughts that are no longer serving you. Mars strengthens the body, the spirit, and the will to accomplish just about anything and with October being a “1” month in numerology (literally meaning opportunity), this might just be the perfect time to give an extra boost to any intentions that were seeded earlier in the year.

Start working your magick on the 19th when Aries is at his strongest until the 21st day after. On Friday, the 22nd, the moon is void, making it a good day to relax and take it easy. This Moon is in line with the energy of transformation and karma…no coincidence that it falls during the most magickal month of the year ending with Samhain, signaling the transformation from old to new and the beginning of a season of introspection and hibernation. On this magical holiday children of all ages don costumes and collect treats while others are making altars and setting intentions to celebrate the spiritual new year and new beginnings. And as Aries’ cardinal fire is the epitome of new beginnings, whatever you’ve worked hard for, can now be a reality.
I wish you joy-filled days, wild love and much abundance in this Witches New Year. And I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being with me here each month.
Tanto Amore!

A Little Full Moon Bliss
Draw a hot, ritual bath with sea salts and rose. Purify yourself with sage or palo santo and brew a cup of soothing tea. Light a silver candle, turn off any lights & put on some soft music. Undress and look out a window, if possible, to see the Moon. If you can’t see her, visualize her in her fullness. Ask Luna to bless you, and draw down her power, as you anoint your forehead, head, throat, heart, abdomen, legs, and feet, each with a drop of a special anointing oil. Finally, step in, and bathe in the moon’s power. Immerse yourself and let the power of rose soothe your heart, body and soul…while La Luna performs Her healing Magick.
On this most Auspicious Moon Don’t Forget to Charge Your Crystals & Set Out a Jug for Full Moon Water
