30 Hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program 

This Yoga Alliance continuing education course is open to anyone with their 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification who interested in learning and teaching with asana adjustments to uncover deep truth, well-being, and transformation. Taking a 50 hour yoga teacher training with Full Circle Yoga School promotes fuses mind, body, and soul. 

Spiritual and Mystical Lifestyle

Teaching in the traditional yogic methodology, we view yoga as a lifestyle, a science, and an art. Our course combines modern sciences and practices with the colorful histories, traditions, and philosophies of yoga. 

 

A yoga teacher training with Full Circle Yoga School can deepen your understanding of Prana (life-force energy), energetic healing, spirituality, crystals, and essential oils in the Yin Yoga Practice. These elements are woven into practical and scientific courses on anatomy, sequencing, and breath — all in an inclusive and accepting atmosphere.

Deep Personal Healing

Our training doesn’t stop at a certificate. We’re committed to helping you grow and expand deeply on a personal level, so you can fully express yourself in every moment. Some ceremonies, mantras, and rituals may be included in your 5 day course to guide you towards deep personal healing.

 

Many students experience rejuvenation from past experiences, detachment from emotional energies and a deep shifting of priorities as deep Yin posture have a way of access deep layers of body and soul. You will leave this Yin Yoga Teacher Training feeling expanded and empowered as an individual. 

Immersion in Conscious Living

True yogic living teaches us to expand our consciousness and live a higher vibrational experience filled with beauty, presence, grace, and bliss. Abstaining from alcohol, detoxing from the digital world  and eating a whole, vegetarian diet are just a few yogic practices we encourage students to follow during training. These small shifts can ignite enormous transformations that provide balance, peace, and wisdom on and off the mat.

 

Upon completion of the course, students will receive certification and a 50 hr Continuing Education Yoga Alliance certificate through Full Circle Yoga School a Registered Yoga School (RYS). The hours are also applicable to the Full Circle Yoga Teacher Training in person or online.

Arrival is the evening prior to day one of your 5 day training, Departure is morning after your final full days of training. 

WHAT YOU LEARN as required by Yoga alliance: 

 

Asana Adjustments Defined - an in depth approach to Yoga Assist Techniques, Training and Practice

Description - What are Yoga adjustments, the history of  how assisted asanas were developed and why? Does it have ancient traditional roots or is it more of a modern day modality. This session will inquiry students on their experience and knowledge and provide the scope of all that Yoga adjustments is and is not and how it is different from massage or body work. 

 

Yoga Asana Techniques, Training and Practice 

Description - How to create modification through assisted adjustments, when to practice yoga assists,  how to prepare your energy before you offer assists. The elements of energy, playing our edges, space holding, attuning to nature and listening for the stillness of the body, stillness of the breath, stillness of the mind, holding for time, how deep, how long, how often, intention & attention, moving energy. 

 

Yoga Asana Techniques, Training and Practice 

Description - beginning the practice, invocations, opening meditation, flowing, beginning asanas, linking asanas, finishing asanas, other considerations, ending the practice, closing meditation, transition to your next activity.

 

Yoga Adjustments and Pranayama for hands on techniques Techniques, Training and Practice 

Description - moving energy, simple awareness, directed breathing, the hamsa mantra, lengthening the exhalation, orbiting energy, a simple orbit, orbiting energy while in a pose, a simple variation, the microcosmic orbit.

 

Learning Objectives Asana Labs Yoga Techniques, Training and Practice 

Description - Learning Objectives Through active inquiry of asanas. Students will move through hands on effective and safe placement of hands. Students will demonstrate learned skills in any time remaining. 

Yoga Anatomy & Physiology 

 Yoga assists and the physical benefits, how to support the body in unstressed, compressed, stretched, twisted postures, our tissues (epithelia, nervous, muscle, connective), the limits of flexibility, fascia, the myofascial release complex, tendon and ligament changing, the deep fascia, myofibroblasts, connective tissues, cartilage and bones. Anatomy as applied to yoga and the vitalism of life.

Join our amazing team of teachers and healers for adventure, healing, and connection as you complete your 50 hour Yoga Asana Adjustments Teacher Training Immersion in the beautiful, sparkling mystical waters of South Lake Tahoe! Go beyond your idea of what Yoga is and enter into a 5 day program that will shift you, lift you, and guide you to become the person you have always known you could be. This Yoga Alliance Teacher Continuing Education course is for anyone wanting to learn how to teach with yoga assists and hands on adjustments. Our program offers a deep sense of  confidence in offering assists through a knowledgeable, and empowered way, as well as for students who would like to simply deepen their Yoga practice with hands-on training in adjustments, alignment, sequence-planning, philosophy, and history. This is an in-depth course that goes above and beyond what is required and is created for all those who are interested in changing their lives and in delving deeper into truth, health, and healing. 

Space is limited to 12 students  and we do close the trainings once they are booked. To hold your spot for training, please pay for the training tuition in full of $899. Lodging is available for ease and comfort.

Our South Lake Tahoe Yin Yoga Teacher Training is nestled away in the Heavenly mountain fresh air, providing the chance to hike and explore, wade in the waters, swim and enjoy healing mountain energy. Our main house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport

The nearest major international airport to Lake Tahoe is Sacramento International Airport (sacramento.aero), which is 115 miles from South Lake Tahoe.

Meal Plan:

The Lake Tahoe teacher training meal plan is both vegan and gluten free. 

The meal plan starts on arrival day with dinner, then includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 15 days, plus final graduation day brunch. Price includes tax, processing fees, and gratuity. 

 

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner $250. Includes arrival evening dinner, breakfast lunch and dinner for 5 full ten hour training days, and departure morning breakfast.
