Hello Moonbeams!!!

Known as the Cold Moon because it is the closest to the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere...the FINAL Full Moon of the year falls in the air sign of Gemini on December 18th (11:36pm EST).

This moon carries an energy that is deeply gentle (although busy Gemini resists sitting still at all costs), which is a relief after the chaotic eclipse energies we just experienced. As we approach Solstice and retreat into the darkness, our beautiful moon is a reminder to relax, reflect and look within. Under its December partner, Gemini, there will be a strong emphasis on figuring out what makes you happy and revealing the things that matter. Now is the time to reflect on the year behind us...to look at the fears we had...the chances we took....and see all that we have lost and gained.

So, get outside tonight and listen to the moon. Use it to identify what you need to activate in your life. As 2021 comes to an end, ask yourself: What do you want to plant in the new world? What are you tearing down (within and without)? What makes you happy? The moon goddesses speak in the language of the soul and in their knowledge, we can find the transformation and magick needed for change in the New Year. Remember, my darlings, you are strong & fearless enough to walk through the door (or the fire, are you listening Kali?) into the next year.

Gemini Moon Medicine

Gemini rules our brain, nervous system, lungs, shoulder, arms, hands. Have a game night with friends, go to a comedy night and laugh like crazy, catch up on reading, journal daily, pull your cards, start a dream journal, do something arty-anything mentally stimulating that engages these body parts will help move energy blocks and stagnant energy through your system. Neptune is in the mix, so intertwining creativity and spirituality can be medicinal this full moon, too!
